Read 1 Corinthians Chapter 3

“Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord gave to each one? I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.”

‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭3:5-6

Verse 6 is a very interesting verse: Paul planted, and another man named Apollos watered, but God gave the increase!

Planted what? Paul had planted or spoken God's word, the Gospel, the plans of God into people’s lives. He got it started, God sent another man to speak more into their lives, but it was God who caused it to grow!

God needs people to reach people.  Romans 10:14 says, “How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?  You may not know if you are planting or watering in someone’s life, but you can always be thanking God for giving increase to the words you just shared with someone!!
