2 Timothy 3

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,”

‭‭II Timothy‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭

Now let’s look at it in the New Living Testament (NLT).  “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.”

‭‭

I love God's Word!  It refreshes, energizes, leads me, challenges me, and on and on!  But it also corrects me and shows error in my life. Sometimes it even makes me feel bad because it exposes some inner feelings or motives that are not good.

So why would God make us feel bad with correction. Because He loves us!  And He loves us enough to show the things in our lives that can hurt us - His children. So, be aware that as you read the Bible, your Heavenly Father will point out things and correct you all because He loves you so much!!!
